Okay, it’s been a minute… here’s what we’ve been up to.

It’s hard to believe it’s been since September 2025 since I last posted an update. Apparently, I got a little distracted with you know, life. 😂

A lot has happened with CausePlay over the past year. The ARC Mobile Makerspace has continued to take shape, we’ve gotten out into the community, met some amazing makers, tried new projects, learned a LOT along the way, and started figuring out what CausePlay can really become.

We’ve taken the ARC to events like Maker Faire Orange County and Fan Expo Anaheim, where we got to put the mobile makerspace concept to the test with real people, real projects, and plenty of unexpected challenges. Every event has taught us something—from how to design better hands-on activities to how to keep a mobile workshop running when dozens of people want to jump in and make something at the same time.

We’ve got a lot more planned, including a return to Maker Faire Orange County, new workshops and activities, more community events, and some bigger ideas for where the ARC can go next.

So, consider this the official “yes, I’m still here” post. 😅
